Dr Victor graduated from the University of Glasgow in 1987 and completed his advanced plastic surgery training in 1997, having trained at several renowned plastic surgery units in the United Kingdom. He subsequently practised at Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong and The General Hospital in Kuala Lumpur before establishing his private practice. With extensive experience spanning reconstructive and aesthetic plastic surgery, Dr Victor’s clinical interests include burns surgery, head and neck reconstruction, cleft surgery, microvascular reconstruction, hand surgery, breast reconstruction, aesthetic procedures and laser treatments.
