State Registered Nurse (All Disciplines)

Job Summary

  • Collect & document comprehensive patient data (physiological, emotional, sociocultural, psychological, and spiritual) from patients, families, & medical records
  • Collaborate with patients & families to set nursing goals and develop individualised care plans
  • Prioritise & deliver care based on patient needs & nursing protocols

Job Summary

  • Provide comprehensive eye exams to detect ocular diseases and vision abnormalities, following standard procedures

Job Summary

Job Summary

  • Ensure Medical Records are not missing or misplaced otherwise an “Incident” report is to be raised accordingly
  • Clerical duties in maintaining patients’ medical records, i.e. filing, sorting, & processing

Job Summary
