State Registered Nurse (All Disciplines)
Job Summary
- Collect & document comprehensive patient data (physiological, emotional, sociocultural, psychological, and spiritual) from patients, families, & medical records
- Collaborate with patients & families to set nursing goals and develop individualised care plans
- Prioritise & deliver care based on patient needs & nursing protocols
- Assist with medical procedures & provide follow-up care for diagnostic and therapeutic treatments
- Create a supportive environment to aid in patient recovery & the restoration of daily living activities (ADL)
- Safely administer prescribed medications in accordance with established guidelines
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing (mandatory)

Optometrist
Job Summary
- Provide comprehensive eye exams to detect ocular diseases and vision abnormalities, following standard procedures
- Diagnose and treat eye conditions, prescribe visual aids, & offer clinical advice on visual problems
- Perform paediatric refractions, assess binocular vision disorders, & provide vision therapy
- Fit contact lenses, including semi-hard lenses, with exposure to orthokeratology practice preferred
- Document patient history, symptoms, ocular health, & treatment plans accurately in medical records
- Manage emergency situations according to hospital protocols
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a bachelor’s degree of Optometry or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of working experience

Job Summary
- To provide an efficient and effective in- patient / outpatient physiotherapy service to patients with a diverse range of clinical conditions as a result of illness or disability referred by the medical team

Job Summary
- Assist nursing personnel with bedridden patients, e.g.: bed bath, turning of patients, changing diaper, and tidy up the patient’s unit

- Attend to call bell when necessary

Job Summary
- Ensure Medical Records are not missing or misplaced otherwise an “Incident” report is to be raised accordingly
- Clerical duties in maintaining patients’ medical records, i.e. filing, sorting, & processing
- Compiling data into one medical record and ensuring records are in order prior to filing it at the designated storage area
- Maintains medical record functions through copying/scanning, filing, assembling, & retrieving patient records
- Check & follow up on the outstanding/movement of medical record folders
- Thinning, archiving, & destruction process to reduce the number of inactive Medical Records
- To maintain strict confidentiality of any information you may become aware of during duties

Job Summary
- Responsible for coordinating the bed management of the hospital and to facilitate efficient admissions and transfers, optimize occupancy and avoid delays in admission service
- To assist in supervising the Admission & Discharge (ADT) Counter’s daily operations, handle insurance matters and feedback/complaints/compliments and to liaise with Corporate, Insurance or Third Party Administrator (TPA) when need arises

Job Summary
- Responsible for frontline customer service, ensuring a positive patient experience during registration, admission, & discharge
- Collect deposits & payments, issue receipts, & ensure accurate entry of charges for billing & collection. Handle float money & daily cash collection
- Ensure all necessary documents are completed correctly during patient admission & discharge, including obtaining & verifying letters of guarantee
- Accurately enter hospital charges & consultant fees into the HIS for billing purposes
- Ensure timely submission of bills to corporate clients, insurance companies, & third-party administrators, adhering to hospital & client requirements. Obtain & complete insurance documents, including Guarantee Letters & claim forms
- Address patient or family inquiries & disputes regarding billing & escalate unresolved issues to the Assistant Manager/Manager for follow-up
