I am a senior-level professional nurse with 33 years of extensive experience in clinical, management, education, and administrative roles, specialising in the Delivery Ward, O&G, Paediatric, and Neonatal Units. My work at THKD has been rewarding, particularly in overseeing Nursing Education, Staff Development, and Nursing Quality, directly contributing to our THKD’s mission of high-quality patient care. A career highlight includes leading quality improvement initiatives that earned us 1st place at the Quality Symposium for our project on Inpatient Emergency Trolley Standardisation. Additionally, we received top honours for our booth presentation at the National Lactation Conference, reflecting our commitment to advancing breastfeeding and maternal care practices.

They sent me for attachments in Neurosurgery at HKL and to pursue Advanced Diploma Perioperative in Neurosurgery at ILKKM JB. My Name is Chaerun Nisah. Originally, I am from Jakarta, Indonesia. My husband is a Malaysian. I’ve been working here since December 2012. I started as a Customer Service Officer under Hospitality. I had so much experience during my time in Customer Service, assisting patients during their time in the hospital. In December 2023, my journey began in the Marketing Department. Here, I still get to practice my customer service experience as I became an agent liaison. My experience working in THKD has been very fulfilling. The colleagues and environment here lift up my spirit every day.
