Terms & Conditions:
- This promotion covers vaccinations only; it excludes non-consumables, consultation, and registration fees.
- This package is for self-paying patients only, including Thomson Kids Club members (TKC members are required to pay the full promotional price).
- This package is open to Malaysian citizens, permanent residents, and expatriates with a valid visa/permit (expatriates subject to 6% SST).
- This package is not applicable to health tourists.
- This package is for children aged 6 weeks to 12 years, valid only at Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara.
- Full payment is required on the first visit. Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
- This package is valid for 18 months from the date of purchase.
- Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara reserves the right to amend, modify, or discontinue this package without prior notice.
