Having to travel to a foreign land is challenging enough, more so when you are a patient. Apart from your treatment and medical care, you may also have concerns regarding travel arrangements, accommodations, language barrier, currency exchange and other arrangements.

At Thomson Hospital Kota Damansara however, we will guide you through the entire process.

Before arriving, just send us details of your medical condition and treatment progress, together with any x-rays, scans or medical records. Our International Patient Liaison Officer will assist in making an appointment for you and to advise, whenever necessary.

Fluent in various languages including English, Malay, Chinese and Tamil, our friendly team members can also assist in requesting an interpreter (charges may be applicable), advise on currency exchange, hotel bookings and local transport arrangements.

Airport Transfers

We can send a representative to pick you at the airport upon arrival. However, do let us know in advance your flight itinerary or other transportation arrangements. Charges may be applicable.

If you are already in contact with our International Patient Liaison Officer before arrival, you will already know your appointment date with your selected specialist and what to expect. Otherwise, you may head to our Concierge Counter on the ground floor where our friendly Customer Service Officers will greet and assist you.
