1. Items in the packages offered are a bundled price and cannot be transacted, exchanged, or refunded in part/full and is valid for a single transaction only
2. Any medication or services which are required out of the stipulated items in the package are subject to additional charges and tax, where applicable.
3. The management reserves the right to refuse or reject any patient upon their discretion or if deemed unsuitable for the packages.
