Dr Surinder is a resident Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and Fertility Specialist with TMC Fertility Centre. He has been instrumental in growing the fertility centre via its network of branches in Kuala Lumpur, Johor Bahru, Kuantan and Penang, while maintaining an efficient delivery of services and high success rates. He have been able to successfully elevate ART pregnancy rates locally to those comparable to leading international fertility centres, with clinical pregnancy rates of over 60% per embryo transfer. He has also been responsible for introducing innovative new techniques such as comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) for genetic testing of embryos. With an extensive experience, he is well versed on all aspects of fertility and reproductive laparoscopic surgery. He lectures extensively both locally and abroad on fertility. In addition, he has published several papers in various international medical publications. He is actively involved in the development of fertility treatment in Malaysia and is currently the President Elect of the Malaysian Society of Assisted Reproductive Technology (MSART).
