Dr Daniel is a highly skilled surgeon who has served in various hospitals in Malaysia. He holds special interest in anorectal and breast surgery, mainly cancer, as well as benign breast and anorectal pathology. Dr Daniel graduated from University Malaya and trained in diverse area of practise which includes gallbladder surgery (gallstone disease), appendectomy and haemmorrhoid surgery both laparoscopically as well as open technique and Stapler Haemorrhoidectomy, lumps and bumps, hernia repair and circumcisions. Prior to this, Dr Daniel was the Deputy Head of Department and founding chairman of the Nutritional Support team in Hospital Ampang and lecturer of University Science Islam Malaysia and Honorary Lecturer in Monash University. He has participated in many local and international surgical conferences, organised seminars and public forums on breast cancer and prostate awareness.
